Morning Discovery Club
We are open from 6:30-9:00 a.m. We have open play with staff and children until 8:00. At 8:00 we split the children into two groups, K-3 and 4-6. The K-3 children go down to the gym and the 4-6 children stay in our main baseroom. At 8:25 the groups switch places. We also offer art activities in the baseroom and read to the K-3 graders for 10 minutes before the bell rings.
Breakfast: Your child can go to breakfast at 8:55 but you do have to pay for breakfast through the school.

Afternoon Discovery Club

Our afternoon program begins as soon as the school day is over at 3:40. The children check in at the baseroom door with a staff member before heading down to snack in the multi-purpose room or outside (weather permitting).

Here is our General Schedule:
3:40-4:30 - Snack and Outdoor Play
4:30-5:10 - Group time - children are divided into individual age groups and have the same staff member throughout the year. The staff members do weekly lesson plans for their

Early Release Days
School is dismissed 2 hours early.  Discovery Club is open early for children regularly enrolled in the after school component on these specific days.  There is no additional charge.  There are 4 Early Release Days throughout the school year.

Release Days (Non-School Days)
Release Days are fee based and are available on most days that school is closed for conferences, teacher professional days, winter/spring break, etc.  Enrollment is optional and families contract for these days separately.  We enjoy having theme release days and field trips are offered throughout the year.
