Welcome to Discovery Club at Rondo!

Rondo Discovery Club offers before and after school care for kindergarten through sixth grade students attending Benjamin E. Mays International Magnet, Capitol Hill Gifted and Talented Magnet, and Museum Magnet Elementary Schools.  Our before school program starts at 6:30 a.m. and our after school program is available until 6:00 p.m.


Children participate in a wide variety of academic enrichment, recreational and cultural activities that informally support learning and social development.  Additionally, Discovery Club staff connect with school-day teachers to better support children's learning.


Rondo Complex is a large facility that houses

three schools and many supporting programs.  Rondo Discovery Club has a suite of rooms located just inside the Red Entrance (B) of the Rondo Complex.  Students are grouped by grade, yet have opportunities for mixed grade activities.
