Kim, Site Manager
Hello!  I have been working for Discovery Club for close to six years at St. Anthony Park. I began working at SAP shortly after returning from living in Australia and New Zealand for a year. I have a degree in Elementary Education 1-6 and taught for four years in Minneapolis. It is no secret that I am a huge fan of the MN Vikings!:) I also enjoy spending time with my four-legged "child" at home (Bear), reading, getting together with friends and working in my yard. I love my job especially when I am able to play with the children! Each day always brings new experiences.

Stacy, Group 2 Leader
Hi!  I am Stacy and I am happy to be back for my 5th year of D.C. at SAP.  I have worked with kids of all ages and have a K-8 teaching license.  Although I enjoy working with the older kids, I am really excited to be back as the first grade group leader.

I love to learn all sorts of things and hope that I can make learning a fun and positive experience for your child through books, projects, and games.  Throughout the year, we will practice being respectful and learn how to be good friends and neighbors to others.  I will be married in October and will be joining the ranks of fellow D.C. and SAP staff that have recently changed their last names.  We recently purchased my Grandma's house in Roseville and are currently renovating and setting up our house so I have little free time.  When I do have time I enjoy sleeping, hanging out with family and friends, going to concerts, camping, roadtrips, reading and listening to music.  I am excited for another great year!

My name is Amy and I am thrilled to be back at St. Anthony Park.  This will be my 3rd year here.  I am very fun loving and like to try new things.  I enjoy playing sports, reading and scrapbooking.  I also love spending time with my husband and two dogs.  I will be working with the 2nd graders this year and I can't wait to share all the fun ideas I have with them.

Siri, Group 1 Leader
Hello families, my name is Siri. This is my 4th year returning to Discovery Club and I LOVE it! I get to work with Kindergarten again and it will be a very adventurous year! Our theme of the year is "Oh, the Places You'll go."  We are planning to "go around the world" with our activities, so please, if you would like to be a part of any of our "trips" or have any ideas, let me

know!  I truly am very excited to be here this year and to be working with Kindergarten while I finish up graduate school to receive my teaching license. When I am not working here at Discovery Club or going to school, I enjoy date nights with my husband, going to the park or jogging with my dog, taking classes at the YMCA, knitting, and my new found love of sewing! Please come to me with questions, comments, or suggestions.

Will, Group 4 Leader
Hi, my name is Will and this will be my first year working with Discovery Club.  My interest in working with children began several years back when I was offered an opportunity to become a 3rd grader, a position which I gladly accepted as it fit into my future plans to become a 4th grader.  I remember learning a lot in 3rd grade and I also remember it as the year when I first started wearing glasses and achieved the 'Dolphin Level' in swim classes.  I hope my own 3rd grade
experience will help me in my work with 3rd graders at Discovery Club.  I have since moved on to other grades (at last count I am in the 21st grade).  In addition to my 3rd grade experience, I am currently working on a graduate degree in Special Education teaching, and worked for 9 years with students with special needs of all ages from 5 to 21.  I enjoy spending time with my talking pet parakeet 'Mr. Bird' who says "Hello you" and "Such a pretty blue budgie boy".  I also enjoy spending time with my wife, as well as my two daughters who say, "What's for dinner" and "Dad, can I use the car". I like to cook, read, play flutes, bird watch, swim, and make things out of wood.
